At Daily In, we want you to love every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, most items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance events are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
• Item must be unused and unworn
• Original tags and labels must remain attached
• Item must be returned in its original packaging and condition
• No signs of damage, stains, or wear
Daily In reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Return Shipping
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• All return packages must include a valid tracking number
• Customers are responsible for returned items until they are safely delivered to us
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may apply.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately.
• Damaged or defective items may be eligible for replacement within 30 days of delivery
• Refunds are not provided for damaged items. Replacement only
• Please inspect your package upon arrival and notify us as soon as possible if there is an issue
